# How can I resend the invitation to a contact person?

You have two options to resend an invitation to a contact: 

1. Option:

Click ${color}[#000000](**Contacts**) (1.). Then you can click on the **3 dots** (2.) next to the relevant invitation in the "Pending invitations" area. Next, select **Resend Invite** (3.).

For security reasons, the last date on which the invitation was sent will be displayed and you must confirm the resending again by clicking on the **Send Invite** button.

2. Option:

Click on ${color}[#030303](**Contacts**) (1.) and then on the **Edit** button (2.) for the organization concerned.

You will now see the contacts of the organization stored for the project. Without the addition "Resend Invitation" to the right of the name, the contacts are already linked to the project on smino or have already accepted the invitation.

Contacts with the addition "Resend Invitation" to the right of their name are not yet linked to the project on smino or have not yet accepted the invitation. By clicking on the **Resend Invite** button, these contacts can be invited again.

For security reasons, the last date on which the invitation was sent will be displayed and you must confirm the resending again by clicking on the **Send Invite** button.

The invitation has now been successfully sent (area highlighted in yellow). To complete the action, click on the **Close** button.
