# How do I add a signature to an inspection?

Navigate to the desired inspection and click on the button ${color}[#000000](**No Signature**) (1.) for the corresponding person. Then you can click on **Add Signature** (2.).

Define the Location (area highlighted in yellow) and sign in the designated field. You can choose from different **line colors** and **line weights** (1.). If you want to delete the signature, you can use the **eraser** (2.). It’s also possible to enter text. To do so, click on **Text** (3.).

You can undo your changes step by step by clicking the **back** or **forward arrow** (4.). You can adjust the **signature level** (5.). If you want to restore the original state, click the **restore arrow** (6.). This will undo all changes.

After you have captured your signature, click the **Add** button (7.).

You will now see in the inspection overview that you have signed. You can also delete the signature by clicking on the **Remove Signature** button.
