# How do I adjust information from organizations in the project?

|| Information: In principle, the respective organizations manage their information themselves.

You can adjust the following project-specific details: the role, the trade number and the function of the organization in the project. 

Click on **Contacts** (1.) and then on the **pencil button** (2.) for the organization you want to edit.

A new window will open. Click on the **pencil button** again.

Another new window will open in which you can make the changes (areas highlighted in yellow). After making the adjustments, click the **Save** button.

You also have the option here to grant the organization the right to place orders using the previously defined global billing address. Click the **Edit** button. => [What printing options are available?](https://help.smino.com/en/article/what-printing-options-are-available-h188n6/)

A new window will open. Click on the **Checkbox** (1.). Confirm the action by clicking on the **Save** button (2.).
