# How do I change the order of participants within a role in an inspection?

1. Option - Edit open inspection again: 

If the inspection has already been published, first navigate to the desired inspection and click on the **3 dots** (1.) and then on **Edit** (2.).

To be sure, confirm that you want to edit the inspection again by clicking the **Edit** button in the window that opens.

Next, scroll down to the "Participants" section. Here you will now see all the persons added to the inspection. You can change the order of the participants within the respective role by clicking and holding the **6 dots** on the desired person. Then drag and drop the person to the desired position.

The order was thus changed.

Save the change by clicking on the **Save** button.

2. Option - Change the order directly when creating the acceptance:

You can change the order of participants in the same way as described for option 1. The only difference is that you do not have to reset the inspection to the editing mode.
