# How do I continue processing an inspection in the web version?

Click on **Inspections** (1.) in the menu. You will now see an overview of all inspections that were previously recorded in the smino app.

You can filter your inspections by status, title, collection date, person and organization (areas highlighted in yellow). You can view the details of a single inspection by **clicking on it** (2.).

1. Editing options for inspections with status **Draft:**

In the inspection details view in the “Defects” section, you can click on an **specific defect** (1.) and then edit it. You can filter the defects. You can also generate an export of the inspection by clicking on the **three dots** (2.) and then clicking on **Export Acceptance Log** (3.).

* You can change the **Type** (1.). 
* In the fields highlighted in yellow you can edit / add information. 
* With a click on the **Person-Button** (2.) you can specify whether only you or all employees of your company in the project are allowed to edit the defect. 
* If you click on the **X** (3.), you can assign a new responsible person. 
* Click the **+ Add Marker** button (4.) you set a plan marker. 
* You can **add additional attachments** (5.).
* You have the option to **add subtasks** (6.) or **form fields** (7.).
* Finally, by clicking the respective button, you can **cancel editing** (8.), **delete the draft** (9.), **save the draft again as a draft** (10.), or **save and assign** the defect now (11.).

2. Editing options for inspections with status **Open:**

In the inspection's detail view, you can click on an individual **defect** (1.) in the “Defects” section and then modify it or directly change its status from “Open” to “Completed.” Clicking on it opens the side panel. Then click on the **three dots** (2.) in the upper-right corner and then on **Edit** (3.).

* By clicking on the respective field, you can **change the status** (1.) and specify whether **only you** or **all employees from your company** working on the project are allowed to work on the defect (2.).
* Start a conversation about the defect directly from here by clicking the **+ New Conversation** button (3.). 
* You can copy the defect using the **Duplicate** button (4.).
* If you want to edit or add more details to the task, click the **Edit** button (5.).

* Click on the **three dots** in the upper-right corner (1.) and then click **Email to all stakeholders** (2.) to contact the person responsible for resolving the defect. 
* Generate an export of the defect by clicking the **Export Task** button (3.).
* You can **download the attachments** (4.) or **create a task template** (5.).
* You can move the defect to the trash by clicking on **Move to Trash** (6.).
