# How do I create additional values that can be added to an inspection?

1. Option - Create additional values in the "Organization" section:

| Notes: To be able to create values in the "Organization" section, you must have the Organization Admin right. => [What can organization admins do?](https://help.smino.com/en/article/what-can-organization-admins-do-141919d/) These values can be used organization-wide. 

Click on your **name** (1.) and then on **Organization** (2.). Now you can navigate to the **Templates** section (3.). Next, click on **Inspections** (4.).

You will now see a list of different values that can be added to an inspection: Contracts, Roles, Test standards, Status and Items handed over. For each of these values you can add another value by clicking on the corresponding **+ symbol** (1. to 5.).

As soon as you have clicked on the corresponding "+ symbol", an input field appears (area highlighted in yellow). Enter the desired name and then click on the **Add** button.

2. Option - Add additional values directly in the inspection:

| Note: Only the person who created these values sees them as a suggestion (so it is not organization-wide).

When you create/edit an inspection, you have the option of adding additional values directly in the drop-down menus of the  +Contracts, +Roles, +Test standards, +Status and +Items handed over buttons. 

To do this, click on the corresponding **+ Add button** (1.) and then in the drop down menu again on the **+ Add button** (2.).

As soon as you have clicked on the corresponding "+ Add Button", an input field appears (area highlighted in yellow). Enter the desired name and then click on the **Add** button.

The added value will now appear in this and future inspections that **__you__** create as a template. It can also be deleted again by clicking on the **X**.
