# How do I create an export from a schedule?

There are two ways to export a schedule. First, select the schedule you want to export by clicking on it.

The schedule opens. Now click on the **three dots** at the top right (1.) and then on **Export Schedule** (2.).

A new window will open. You can either set the format to **Automatic** (1.) or select the **A4** checkbox (2.) to define this yourself. This also opens the **Layout** (3.), which you can select. Under **Period of time** (4.) you have the option of selecting **Entire time range**, **Visible area** or a time span **defined by yourself**. Then click on **PDF** (5.).

A second possibility is to click on **Edit** in the detail view of a selected schedule.

A new window opens. Now select **Export Schedule**. The same window opens with the export settings as with the first option.
