# How do I delete an invitation to a contact person in the project?

Click on ${color}[#000000](**Contacts**) (1.). Then you can click on the **three dots** (2.) to the right of the relevant invitation in the "Pending invitations" area. A new menu opens, where you now click on **Delete Invite** (3.).

For security reasons, you will be asked whether you really want to delete the invitation. Confirm this by clicking on the **Delete Invite** button.

|| Information: The project invitation is now no longer valid. The person concerned cannot participate in the project until she/he receives a new invitation.
