# How do I export tasks and subtasks?

To export tasks and subtasks, click ${color}[#000000](**Tasks**) in the menu (1.) and then click the **Export Tasks** button in the Tasks overview (2.).

A new window will open. Here you can select which additional information you want to export by clicking the **Checkboxes** (1.). Subsequently, you choose whether you want to export the tasks and subtasks as **PDF**, **Word, BCF** or **CSV** (2.) and then to **Export** (3.).

You can also export individual tasks/subtasks. Click **Tasks** (1.) in the menu and then select the **Task/Subtask** (2.) you want to export. Double-click to open the task.

Now click on the **three dots** (1.) in the upper-right corner and then click on **Export Task** (2.).

A new window will open. Here you can configure the export by clicking the **Checkboxes** (1.). Then select whether the file should be exported as **PDF** or **Word** (2.) then click to **Export** (3.).
