# How do I make files available offline (app)?

To make a file available offline, tap the ${color}[#000000](**3 dots**) in the bottom right corner of the app (1.). In the drop-down menu that opens, klick on ${color}[#000000](**Files**) (2.).

Navigate to **the file you want to make available offline** (1.) and klick on the **3 dots** (2.).

A drop-down menu opens at the bottom, klick on **Make available offline** (1.). If you are now working offline, you will find this file under the **Offline** menu item (2.).
