# How do I move a folder?

| Notes: Files can only be moved within the individual "Plans/Models" and "Documents" tabs. To be able to move a folder, you need write permission.

1. option:

Navigate to the desired folder and select the folder by clicking on the **checkbox** (1.). With this option, several folders can also be selected and moved at the same time. To do this, click on the **checkbox** (2.) at "Name". Next, select **Move** (3.).

A new window will open. Select the desired folder by **clicking** (1.) on it. If the selection is correct, confirm it by clicking the **Move Here** button (2.).

2. option:

Navigate to the desired folder and select the **three dots** (1.). Next, click the **Move** option (2.).

A new window will open. Select the desired folder by **clicking** (1.) on it. If the selection is correct, confirm it by clicking the **Move Here** button (2.).
