# How do I report a bug?

It happens that certain actions cannot be carried out on smino, but no error message appears. In this case, you have the option of sending us a message. 

To do this, press **"F12"** to call up the developer tool and click **"Console"**. Take a screenshot and send it to our support team. We will check the error immediately.
