# How do I request signatures for an inspection?

Navigate to the desired inspection and click on the button ${color}[#000000](**Request signatures**) in the "Participants" area.

For security reasons, you will be asked whether you really want to claim the signatures. Confirm the action by clicking on the **Claim** button. 

|| Information: All participants who have not yet signed will now be notified by e-mail and asked to sign the acceptance. 

||| Attention: If a person has deactivated e-mail notifications in their personal settings, they will **not** be notified by e-mail.
