# How do I turn email notifications on or off?

You can individually set how and whether you are informed about activities in smino by email.

Click on your **Name** (1.) and then on **Profile** (2.). Then click on the **Edit** button (3.) in the "Email Notifications" section.

Three options are available:

1. option: Individual notifications

You will receive an email for each activity. Select it by **clicking** (1.) on it, and then click **Save** (2.).

2. option: No notifications

Select the option with a **click** (1.). Confirm your selection with a click on the **Save** button (2.).

3. option: Daily summary

This is the default setting. All activity from the past 24 hours is summarized in a single email and sent at the time you specify. Select this option with a **click** (1.) and enter the desired time (area highlighted in yellow). Confirm your selection by clicking the **Save** button (2.).
