# Release Notes February 2025

We will be happy to inform you about our latest updates:   

### ${color}[#ff8000](Highlights)

* On smino, file naming conventions for the file storage can now be defined in the project settings.
* The position of the zero point of the QR code for the plan check can now be freely selected.

### ${color}[#ff8000](New functions)

###### Logs:

* The minutes no longer lose the scroll position after deleting, moving, inserting or duplicating a minutes item / agenda item.

###### Files:

* The width of the folder structure in the file storage can now be adjusted.
* The page element in the file storage no longer covers the information.
* Files can be renamed in the file storage.

###### projects:

* When a project is archived, we remove it as a favorite.

### ${color}[#ff8000](Bug fixes)
    
###### files:

* Fixed a bug that caused plans to no longer be processed.
* A problem caused some plans to have no QR code.
* A plan can only be downloaded after processing with a QR code.
* Fixed a bug that allowed only project admins to load the file naming convention.
* A bug that prevented folder structures from being downloaded has been fixed.

###### Contacts:

* Organizations in the contact list are sorted correctly by BKP and then by name.

###### App:

* Fixed some bugs that could occur in rare constellations when creating conversation messages on mobile.

###### Logs:

* When exporting logs, a long title is now wrapped more nicely.
