# Release Notes January 2025

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:   

### ${color}[#ff8000](New functions)

###### Protocols:

* Protocol invitations can now be moved to the recycle bin and restored.

###### Files:

* Within the file storage, the folder tree and the folder contents can be scrolled independently of each other.

###### Miscellaneous:

* If you are looking for an item in the minutes or an agenda item, you will now be taken directly to the right place.

###### files:

* A small error in the tooltip of the rights management for main folders has been corrected.
* If an error occurs when downloading a file, the user is now shown a more precise error message.
* New plans can once again be made available offline on the mobile app without any problems.
* The correct limit is now displayed when uploading documents and plans.

###### Journal:

* The image documentation can be saved in the journal again without any further problems.

###### Miscellaneous:

* A problem with the global search, where sometimes too many results were returned, has now been fixed.
* A bug has been fixed which caused the licenses to no longer be displayed in Safari.
* An error when requesting BIM licenses has been fixed.

###### Contacts:

* Images of contacts are loaded more efficiently.

###### Miscellaneous:

* Icons displayed in buttons and tooltips have been optimized and aligned better.
* We now show the user an error message if an export did not work.
