# Release Notes October 2025

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:   

### ${color}[#ff8000](New features)

###### Files:

* You can now use additional characters in naming conventions, namely spaces ( ), hyphens (-), underscores (\_), and hash symbols (#). Provided they are not already defined as official separators in the naming convention.
* Journal/construction log entries can now be both deleted and restored.

### ${color}[#ff8000](Optimizations)  

###### Files:

* Files and folders can now be moved within the file storage using drag and drop.
* The performance of the file storage has been improved, especially for customers with large to very large amounts of data.

###### Miscellaneous:

* When logging in, we now use the term “data location” instead of “region” and explain the content more clearly to users.
* When exporting projects, you now receive clearer feedback once an export has been successfully downloaded. 

### ${color}[#ff8000](Bug fixes)

###### Schedule:

* A bug in the schedule that prevented sorting by number and title has been fixed.
###### Files:

* Fixed an error when uploading files via our interface.
* Fixed an error that prevented QR codes from being added to certain PDF plans.
* Fixed an issue with restoring plans, models, and files from the recycle bin.

###### Logs:

* Fixed a bug when creating log series that allowed previously assigned abbreviations to be reused.

###### Journal / Construction log:

* Changes to journal/construction log entries are now synchronized correctly.

###### Miscellaneous:

* Logos are now uploaded in the correct quality in the export template.
