# Release Notes September 2025

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:   

### ${color}[#ff8000](New features)

###### Projects:

* Internal or project-wide project numbers can now be defined for existing projects.

* When exporting projects, all content can be downloaded either as individual files or collected in a ZIP file.

###### Tasks:

* In the defect list for acceptances, tasks with the status *“no action”* can now also be filtered.
* The BCF export now indicates that tasks with plan markings are ignored.

###### Contacts:

* If an organization cannot be restored in a project due to its employees, a corresponding message now appears.
* A message is now displayed if a contact you want to add to a project has already been entered in another organization.

###### Files:

* Files and folders can now be uploaded directly via drag and drop.

###### Miscellaneous:

* Modals can now also be closed by pressing the Escape key.
* You can now store SSO providers such as Microsoft or Google in your profile. This makes it even more convenient to log in directly with your existing account.

### ${color}[#ff8000](Optimizations)

###### Files:

* If a file is not downloaded immediately, a loading animation will appear.
* Documents in the file storage can be up to 4 GB in size.
* The file view has been optimized: directories can now be expanded and collapsed more smoothly and are easier to navigate.
* We have improved the error messages when importing invalid BCFs: you now know exactly what is wrong and can contact the third-party software manufacturer immediately.
* The loading of the model viewer has been optimized.
* The notification that a file is still being processed is now clearer and easier to understand.

###### Contacts:

* We have improved the behavior when setting permissions: Roles and organizations no longer open automatically.

###### Tasks:

* The order of task types now remains consistent—during editing and afterwards.

### ${color}[#ff8000](Bug fixes)

###### Tasks:

* Tasks can now be saved as drafts even when they are duplicated or forwarded.
* The task template list has been optimized: Long titles no longer cover other list entries.
* Tasks are now displayed without delay – a corresponding error has been fixed.
* The descriptions of BCF tasks are now much easier to read thanks to a larger font.
    
###### Files:

* The checkbox for selected folders is now displayed correctly again.
* In the plan view, full-screen mode can now be activated again as usual.
* Saving documents now works properly – a corresponding error has been fixed.
* An error when moving folders to the file storage has been fixed.
* A problem with displaying multiple models has been fixed.
* When comparing plans of DWG files, the entire screen is now used.
* An error that prevented plans from being exported in the project export has been fixed.

###### Journal:

* Fixed an issue where content in a journal was not exported if the journal entry was marked as a “Special Incident.”    

###### Contacts:

* Fixed a rare error that could occur when managing employees in the project.

###### Organization: 

* An error when ordering licenses has been fixed.
* A possible error when adding/removing a company member from a project via the company project list, which occurred if you had never been in the project yourself before, has been fixed.

###### App: 

* An error when selecting images in the mobile app has been prevented.  

###### Schedule:

* The weekend marker has been corrected when the schedule entry was edited.

###### Miscellaneous:

* A problem has been fixed where the icons were not displayed correctly.
* A spelling error has been fixed.
* Numbers and other characters that appear in company names can now be entered in the organization name for the billing address in the Reprodiensteinstellungen (reproduction settings).
* A problem has been fixed where, under certain circumstances, it was not possible to change the project number in the project list.
* Horizontal logos with different sizes no longer show a black background in the preview and export.
