# Release Notes September 2026

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:

### ${color}[#ff8000](New Features)

###### Tasks:

* You can now set extension deadlines for tasks, and this feature is supported across all areas.

###### Files:

* As a user, I can now see which other users have read and write permissions for a folder.
* File naming conventions and advanced versioning can now be enabled or disabled independently at the folder level, including inheritable settings and the option to enable this feature in project settings.

###### Workflows:

* The workflow list now offers an improved overview with status badges, due date information, sorting and filtering options, and a free-text search for workflow titles and file names.



### ${color}[#ff8000](Optimizations)

###### Miscellaneous:

* An issue was resolved where no maximum length had been specified for a title.



### ${color}[#ff8000](Bug Fixes)

###### Model Validation:

* An incorrect translation in the model validation section was corrected.

###### Organization:

* An error was fixed that prevented invited organizations from adding people or saving changes in the organization settings when project administration was handled by a different organization.

###### Contacts:

* The abbreviation for a project participant can now be saved again. The allowed range remains 2 to 8 characters; previously, no valid value could be saved.
* An error with the translation of headers in CSV exports has been fixed.

###### Tasks:

* An issue has been resolved where, under certain circumstances, the preview image of a marker on a map was not displayed.
* Task templates containing a task type that is no longer available can once again be opened as drafts.

###### Log:

* An error was fixed that caused colored formatting in log texts to display incorrectly.

###### Files:

* An error was fixed where, under certain circumstances, not all files were uploaded when uploading folders with version detection enabled.
* An error was fixed that occurred when simultaneously displaying the model/type structure of multiple .ifc files.
* Print jobs can once again be sent to Copytrend, Copy Quick, Speich Copy, Helio Carouge, Printsar, Diazzo, Print Center, and Ecoplot.
* An issue was resolved where the browser could crash when loading large BIM models.
* BCF files without optional ViewSetupHints can now be imported without the import process aborting due to an error.

###### Journal / Construction Log:

* In the journal export, images with long titles or filenames are now displayed correctly.

###### Project:

* An issue has been resolved where, under certain circumstances, a project with a name longer than 100 characters could not be created.

###### App:

* An issue has been resolved where the current mobile app was forcing users to update to a version that did not yet exist.

###### Miscellaneous:

* A display error with notifications containing long text has been fixed.
* An error has been fixed where, in rare cases, file exports did not work during project exports.
* An issue has been resolved where, under certain circumstances, the modal for creating a workflow could be opened.
* An issue has been resolved where the search was not fully indexed.
