# Rights and roles within the organization

To set the rights and roles of your employees, click on your ${color}[#000000](**name**) (1.) and then on **organization** (2.).

Next, click the **Manage Employees** button in the Employees section.

A new window will open. Set the respective right at the desired person by clicking on the respective **checkbox**. 

| Notes: You **cannot** edit your own rights. Organization admins are always organization project managers at the same time, therefore these checkboxes are inactive.

Difference of the rights "Organization administration" and "Organization project management":   

**Organization Administration:**
* Manage organization
* Set up projects
* Create protocol templates 

**Organization project management:**   
* Set up projects
