# Rights management in inspections

To set the rights in an inspection, click ${color}[#000000](**Inspections**) (1.) and select the **inspection** (2.) for which you want to assign rights.

Click on the **3 dots** (1.) in the open inspection and then on **Rights management** (2.).

A new window opens. You can now assign read and write rights to individual **persons** (1.), entire **organizations** (2.) or **roles** (3.) by checking the **checkboxes** (4.). If necessary, you can search or filter for "Roles", "Organizations", "Persons" and "Rights" (areas highlighted in yellow). After you have made the settings, click on the **Save** button (5.).
