# What can the History function in the journal do?

A history is attached under each entry in the journal / construction diary. You can expand the history with a **click on the arrow icon**.

Every change is documented in detail:

**Action** - What was done to the document
**When** - Time of the change
**Who** - Who made the change
**What** - Which area was adjusted
**From** - Original text or note
**After** - New text or note

This way, any changes can be assigned to the responsible person and the changes made can be traced exactly.
