# Why does it say "incomplete" by the title line in the log?

When you open a new log based on the previous one, it is possible that you will discover the warning "Incomplete" in the title bar.

This warning appears if there are decisions in the log. You must either edit or delete them, otherwise the log cannot be published. Either click on the **"Pencil button"** (1.) so that you can edit the decision or delete the decision by clicking on the **"Trash can button"** (2.).

Edit the decision and then click **Save** (1.) or delete it by clicking **Delete** (2.).

| Note: The idea of this function is to prevent that in the end the same decision is present twice in the decision list.
