Release Notes April 2026

New Features


Tasks:


  • Task export has been enhanced with links.
  • You can now create tasks directly from documents such as PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. The respective file, as well as the currently viewed content, is automatically imported into the task.


Files:


  • DWG processing has been made more efficient.
  • In the file search, pressing Ctrl + A no longer accidentally selects all entries.
  • The “Mark” button on the details page for plans is now fully displayed.
  • Larger PDF files can now be viewed using our new PDF viewer.


Projects:


  • Filter settings are now saved per project and are no longer shared across projects.


Optimizations


Files:


  • For deleted folders, “Folder” is no longer displayed unnecessarily in the path.
  • The icon for deleted folders has now been replaced with the correct version.
  • In the file upload window, the elements are now correctly aligned.
  • When opening the details page of a file in a folder with a very long name, the title “Folder” now stays on one line and no longer wraps.
  • When renaming files, the input field now uses the full available width, and unsaved changes are automatically discarded when a new file is uploaded.
  • For attachments, you can no longer select the same file multiple times.


Bug Fixes


Tasks:


  • Fixed an issue in the BCF export that occurred when exporting draft tasks without a title.
  • When editing tasks, the correct mouse cursor is now used for subtasks.
  • People on a task’s distribution list are now added to the CC field when the task is sent via email.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the task list from being filtered by the person responsible for the task.


Files:


  • When exporting files, the download now stops correctly when you click “Cancel.”
  • A problem with the print job overview has been resolved.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented favorite files from being selected.
  • Fixed an issue where the PDF viewer was blocked by the Content Security Policy (CSP) in Safari, preventing PDF files from being displayed.
  • Fixed a bug that made it impossible to upload DXF files if a naming convention for plans and models is active.


Reports:


  • An issue with generating reports from previous versions has been fixed.


App:


  • The latest version of a plan can now be opened in the app, even if the app hasn't been opened yet.


Miscellaneous:


  • The translation in the delete confirmation modal has been improved.
