Release Notes August 2024

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:

BCF files can now be exported in version 3 and a distinction can be made between version 2.1 and 3.0 when exporting.
BCF import now supports BCF files up to 300 MB.
Additional data such as DocumentReferences, BimSnippet and RelatedTopic are transferred from a BCF import to the BCF export. ServerAssignedId, ModifiedAuthor and CreatedDate are also transferred. In addition, further data from viewpoints and comments are transferred from a BCF import to the BCF export.
We adopt and correctly pass on the visibility of viewpoints for BCF imports/exports and set sensible default values when exporting a task as a BCF for the first time.
When exporting a task as a BCF, referenced plans and documents are now also delivered as DocumentReferences.
Markers on tasks from BCF imports are displayed correctly in the Forge Viewer in relation to selected IFC elements.
Internal document references are now imported during BCF import (only with BCF version 3.0).

The comment of a file during file upload is now also displayed in the mail. (The daily summary will be added separately).
The model used is displayed as an additional column in the CSV export of tasks.

The downloading of attachments has been improved.
Gysin AG has been added as a new repro service on smino.
When new users register on smino, the daily summary is now initially activated in the notification settings instead of "individual notifications".

IDs for log points and abbreviations for session series now appear in the global search.

Fixed an issue where a defect could not be removed from an acceptance under certain circumstances.
Empty inspection standards, roles, statuses and handed out objects can no longer be added during acceptance on the mobile.

Self-assigned tasks can be duplicated again.
A bug has been fixed that prevented tasks from being created if they contained a deleted task.

Fixed an error when comparing plans.
An error in the plan view has been fixed.
An error when loading plans has been fixed.
Fixed a loading error that sometimes occurred when initially opening the plan details page.
An error has been corrected which caused an unprocessed plan to be displayed when selecting a plan.

Error handling when trying to upload corrupt images has been improved.
Inactive project participants can now export projects without errors using the access authorisations that were stored.
The error messages when a file upload fails for various reasons have been improved.

A problem with the journals has been fixed that the attachments were not directly visible after saving.

Generally better error handling, so fewer sync errors should occur.
An error when making plans available offline on mobile has been fixed.
The task status in planning markers has been standardised between the mobile and web app.
The synchronisation is no longer started continuously if you have paused it and something is created, e.g. a task.

You have access to the plan again if it has been linked to a log, but you do not actually have direct access to the plan.
In the read mode of a protocol to be checked, the content of the tasks was displayed incorrectly, this has been fixed.
Fixed a problem where a marker in the log could not be viewed.

Task bars in the schedule no longer extend into the blocking periods during export.

The status "Without action" is now also displayed as a filter option when plans are compared.

Search results with a hyphen in the search query are now found correctly.
smino loads a little faster.
The performance when loading tasks on a plan has been improved.
Additional mails have been added to the daily summary.
If the user comes to a paywall and then gets or is assigned a new licence, this action is no longer listed in the paywall mails.
