Release Notes August 2026

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:

Users can now set and customize the visibility of their model views.
In a workflow, the creator can now assign themselves as the person responsible for a workflow step.
It is now possible to navigate directly from a file to an associated workflow.
When creating workflow comments, the user who uploaded the file is assigned by default.
In the file repository, folder contents can now be displayed in a list view and a tile view.
Images now have previews in the file repository.
HEIC images are now uploaded and classified correctly even by browsers other than Safari.

Log series can now be moved to the trash, viewed there, and restored if necessary.

Sections in model views are now correctly restored after saving and reloading.
Print jobs can once again be sent directly to Speich Copy Print from smino.
An issue where the document preview might not work under certain circumstances has been fixed.

An issue has been resolved where drawings from a workflow comment were not included in the task.
When exporting tasks, only the task type legends that actually appear in the export are now displayed.
When exporting to PDF or Word, the task type is now correctly displayed in the footer again.

When creating a project from a template, the activation statuses of QR code and version recognition settings, as well as the file naming convention, are now correctly carried over.

An issue was resolved where the status was not translated during a CSV export.
An error was resolved in the daily summary (email notification) where links were not displayed correctly.
An error was resolved where clicking on notifications did not always navigate to the correct destination page.
