Release Notes December 2025

We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:

New features

App:

• The filters for tasks are now combined more sensibly in the app.

Contacts:

• When you create a new organization in the project contacts, smino now automatically shows you similar existing organizations. This allows you to immediately identify possible duplicates and edit existing entries directly.
• Passwords in smino must now be at least ten characters long and contain a number, a special character, and upper and lower case letters.

Miscellaneous:

• Our texts have been changed from “Sie” to “Du.”

Optimizations

Logs:

• Log entry numbers no longer wrap when they are five digits long.

Miscellaneous:

• Global search has been optimized.
• The page element now moves content correctly inward instead of overlapping it.

App:

• The icons on the mobile view have been changed in line with the redesign.

Files:

• There is now a maximum character length for attributes in naming conventions to ensure that names remain consistent and clear.
• For print jobs, the delivery address is now also displayed in the confirmation email sent to the person who initiated the job.

Bug fixes

Files:

• If you do not have the necessary permissions, the correct error message is now displayed again.
• A problem with the Office editor has been fixed.
• When editing Office documents, the region stored in your user profile is now used automatically.
• The marking tools for plan marking are now displayed in the correct language.
• The search no longer displays results for which you do not have read permissions.

Journal/Construction log:

• A display error in the export template for the journal/construction log has been fixed. Images and headings no longer appear on the same line.

Contacts:

• A problem with accepting invitations has been fixed.

Projects:

• A bug has been fixed that could cause data from previous projects to still be displayed after creating a new project.
