Multi-factor authentication with smino: a new level of security

At smino, we rely on the highest security standards to ensure the protection of your data. With our new multi-factor authentication (MFA) feature, we now offer you even more security for your account. This important feature allows you to add additional security measures to your login process so that you are always in control. New features

Acceptances:

• Tasks with the status “without action” can now also be filtered in the list of defects for acceptances.

Contacts:

• If it is not possible to restore an organization in the project due to employees, a corresponding message is displayed.

Projects:

• Users can now set internal or project-wide project numbers for existing projects.
• When creating a project, an internal or project-wide project number can now be set.
• When exporting a project, all export contents can now be downloaded as separate files or combined in a ZIP.

Miscellaneous:

• Modals can now also be closed by pressing the escape key.

optimizations

Files:

• If a file cannot be downloaded immediately, a loading animation is displayed.
• Note that a file is being processed has been optimized.
• The entire screen is now used when comparing DWG files.

Tasks:

• The behavior of the task template list has been adjusted to prevent long titles from covering other list entries.

bug fixes

• The loading of the model viewer has been optimized.

• Fixed an issue that caused the content of a journal entry to not be exported if it was marked as a “Special Incident”.

• Fixed an issue that could occur when selecting images in the mobile app.

• A task can be created as a draft when it is duplicated or forwarded.

Schedule:

• An error when exporting schedules in the Quarter view has been fixed.

Miscellaneous

• An error when ordering licenses has been fixed.
• Fixed a problem where the icons were not displayed correctly.
• Fixed a problem that under certain circumstances it was not possible to change the project number in the project list.
• Fixed a bug that sometimes caused Safari users to freeze the web app.
