We are happy to inform you about our latest updates:
External document references are now also imported during Bcf import.
External document references that have not been made are now also displayed and imported during Bcf import.
When importing a BCF file, the document references from the last import are now taken over where possible.
Internal document references are now imported during Bcf import (now also in version 2.1)
The note for file uploads is now also displayed in the daily summary. In addition, the note is now limited to 1200 characters.
The design of the buttons on the project settings page has been updated.
Tasks imported from templates are now displayed directly in the list.
When markers are edited, the zoom level of the marker can be influenced.
Fixed a bug that occurred when copying/forwarding a task with form fields.
Non-synchronized tasks in the draft are now only displayed for the creator if a user is included in the same project with several participants.
A misbehavior when all participants were removed from a group in the distribution list of the minutes and invitation has been fixed.
When navigating through an old link to a file that has since been moved to another folder, we now display a better error message.
After uploading multiple files, it was possible to add files again and upload them in the same group, which led to errors. This has been fixed by not being able to select files again in the same window after uploading files.
Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented newly created plan markers from being displayed.
Notifications for a file upload with a large number of files are now split into multiple notifications if they exceed the maximum size for emails. This previously failed, no emails were sent.
Fixed a visual clutter issue with the task clipboard in the app.
We have fixed a bug on mobile that prevented the gallery from being displayed for a journal entry.
A problem that documents could only be opened offline on mobile has been fixed.
An error has been fixed if an organization admin has triggered an invitation to an employee again in the employee overview, but the employee was invited by a project admin from another company.
A bug has been fixed which caused a possible error when loading the project file settings.
The message for missing authorizations when editing a project has been adjusted for persons who are employed as external employees in this project.
When a task is forwarded, the person responsible is no longer set to themselves.
A rare error when navigating from a page with Forge Viewer open in Measure mode has been fixed.
If a plan could not be processed, we now display a relevant help particle for further assistance.
Fixed a bug in Model Check that the same errors were not considered the same errors.
