How do I start a conversation?
To start a new conversation, click on Conversations button (1.) and then on the + New Conversation button (2.).
A new window opens. Give the conversation a title and define the participants of the conversation (yellow marked areas). Then click on the Save button.
As soon as you have saved, you will be taken to the detailed view of the conversation you have just created.
Information: The conversation is now still in "draft" status.
Click on the + New Message button to write the first message.
To send click on the Send button.
For security, you must confirm that you really want to send the message. Click on the Send Message button.
