How do I start a conversation about a task?

If you want to reply to a task you created or received, you can start a conversation about the task.

Option: Make a double-click on a task to open the task's detail page and scroll down to the “Conversation” section. Click the + New Conversation button.

Option: When you click once on the task (1.), a side panel opens. Here, you can click Conversation (2.) and then on + New Conversation (3.).

A new window opens in which you can add further participants if necessary (area highlighted in yellow). Then click on the button Save.

The conversation has now been opened. Next you can click on the + New Message button.

Now you can write your message (area highlighted in yellow), add attachments (1.) if necessary and then click on the button Send (2.).

To confirm, you will be asked whether you really want to send the message. Confirm by clicking on the Send message button.
