How do I start a conversation?

To start a new conversation, click on Conversations (1.) and then on the + New Conversation button (2.).

A new window opens. Give the conversation a title and define the participants of the conversation (areas highlighted in yellow). Then click the Save button.

As soon as you have saved the conversation, you will be taken to the detailed view of the conversation you just created.

Click the + New Message button to write your first message.

Write your message. You can save the message as a draft (1.) or send it right away (2.). When you click Send, the conversation opens right away.

For security, you must confirm that you really want to send the message. Click on the Send message button again.
