How do I start a conversation about a task?
If you have created or received a task and want to reply to it, you can open a conversation about the task.
Open the task in question and click on the "+ New conversation " button in the "Conversation" area.
A new window opens in which you can add further participants if necessary (area marked yellow). Then click on the button "Save ".
The conversation has now been opened. Next you can click on the "+New Message " button.
Now you can compose your message (yellow marked area), add attachments(1.) if necessary and then click on the button "Send " (2.).
For security reasons, you will be asked whether you really want to send the message. Confirm this by clicking on the "Send message " button.
