How do I delete a defect from an inspection with draft status (app)?

As long as your acceptance is still in the "Draft" status, you can delete defects that have already been recorded from the acceptance again. Open the app, click the + button at the bottom (1.) and then select Inspection (2.).

Navigate to the "Defects" area (highlighted in yellow). Then you can swipe to the left on the defect you want to delete so that the Delete button appears. Then click on this button.
