How do I delete a defect from an inspection with draft status (app)?

As long as your inspection is still in “draft” status, you can delete defects that have already been recorded from the inspection. In the app, tap the 3 dots (1.) in the lower-right corner, and then select Inspections (2.).

Open the desired inspection by clicking (1.) on it and navigate to the “Defects” section (area highlighted in yellow). Then, for the defect you want to delete, swipe left so that the “Delete” button appears. Finally, click the Delete button (2.).
