How do I make files available offline (app)?

To make a file available offline, tap the 3 dots in the bottom right corner of the app (1.). In the drop-down menu that opens, klick on Files (2.).

Navigate to the file you want to make available offline (1.) and klick on the 3 dots (2.).

A drop-down menu opens at the bottom, klick on Make available offline (1.). If you are now working offline, you will find this file under the Offline menu item (2.).
