What can the History function in the journal do?

A history is attached under each entry in the journal / construction diary. You can expand the history with a click on the arrow icon.

Every change is documented in detail:

Action - What was done to the document
When - Time of the change
Who - Who made the change
What - Which area was adjusted
From - Original text or note
After - New text or note

This way, any changes can be assigned to the responsible person and the changes made can be traced exactly.
