Rights management - Who sees my logs?

The following persons have access to the logs:

Persons who are listed in the distribution list of the logs (see image below).
Persons with write access to the logs of the series of meetings.
Persons with the right to read the logs of the series of meetings.

Information: If the logs are still in “Draft” status, they are not accessible to people who are merely on the distribution list for the minutes or who only have read access. To view the logs even when they are in “Draft” status, you must have write access to the meeting series.
