How can I add / remove employees from a project
Note: To use this function, you must have organisation admin rights. => What can organisation admins do?
Click on Your Name (1.) and then on Projects (2.).
You will get to your project overview. Click on the 3 dots (1.) for the project to which you want to add employees and then on Edit (2.).
A new window will open. Now you can enter the names of the employees you want to add to the project in the search field.
In addition, you have the possibility to remove employees from the project by clicking on the "X " (2.). To be on the safe side, a message will appear asking if you really want to remove the person. Select the "Yes " button (see picture 2). The removed person can be restored at any time. To do so, click on the "Cancel" button (see picture 3).
Furthermore, by clicking on the "Pencil button " (1.) you can enter the function as well as the abbreviation (yellow marked areas) of the person (see picture 4). Finally, confirm all your entries by clicking on the Save button (3.).
