Rights and roles within the organization

To set the rights and roles of your employees, click on your name (1.) and then on organization (2.).

Next, click the Manage Employees button in the Employees section.

A new window will open. Set the respective right at the desired person by clicking on the respective checkbox.

Notes: You cannot edit your own rights. Organization admins are always organization project managers at the same time, therefore these checkboxes are inactive.

Difference of the rights "Organization administration" and "Organization project management":

Organization Administration:
- Manage organization
- Manage employees (i.e. set rights and buy licenses)
- Set up projects
- Create protocol templates

Organization project management:
- Set up projects
