How do dependencies work?

To define a dependency, click on the circle symbol at the beginning or end of a timeline, hold down the left mouse button and drag it to the desired point. The dependency line is generated.

To edit a dependency, double-click on the dependency line.

A new window opens, where you now have the following options:

With the chain symbol (1.) you can determine whether the elements are firmly coupled or decoupled. If they are coupled, they can be moved together and adjust automatically. With the dependency end-to-start (2.) you can only start with B when operation A has been completed.

With the dependency start-to-start, operation B can only start when operation A has started.

If the dependency is end-to-end, operation B can only be completed after operation A has been completed.

If the dependency is start-to-end, B cannot be completed until A has started.

To delete a dependency, click X.
