How do I request signatures for an inspection?

Navigate to the desired inspection and click on the button Request signatures in the "Participants" area.

For security reasons, you will be asked whether you really want to claim the signatures. Confirm the action by clicking on the Claim button.

Information: All participants who have not yet signed will now be notified by e-mail and asked to sign the acceptance.

Attention: If a person has deactivated e-mail notifications in their personal settings, they will not be notified by e-mail.
