How do I create a defect?
A defect can be created in the same way as a task. Note to change the selection to deficiency.

Note: The defect just created can now be added to the acceptance in the mobile version with a click on the + Existing defects button.
Create mangle directly over a plan:
Navigate to Plans (1.) and open the desired plan. Then click in the preview on the position in the plan where the deficiency is located. Then you can click on the "checkmark icon " (2.) and now again the dialog box appears analogous to creating a task, with the difference that now you see the plan marker.
