How do I create additional values that can be added to an acceptance?

Option - Create additional values in the "Organization" area:

Notes: To be able to create values in the "Organization" area, you must have the Organization Admin right. => What can organization admins do? These values can be used throughout the organization.

Click on your name (1.) and then on Organization (2.). Now you can navigate to the Templates section (3.). Next, click on Acceptances (4.).



You will now see a list of different values that can be added to an acceptance: Contracts, Roles, Test standards, Status and Objects handed out. For each of these values you can add another value by clicking on the corresponding + symbol (1. to 5.).



As soon as you have clicked on the corresponding "+ symbol", an input field appears (area highlighted in yellow). Enter the desired name and then click on the Add button.



Option - Add additional values directly in the acceptance:

Note: Only the person who created these values sees them as a suggestion (so it is not organization-wide).

When you create/edit an acceptance, you have the option of adding additional values directly in the drop-down menus of the +Contracts, +Roles, +Test standards, +Status and +Objects handed buttons.

To do this, click on the corresponding +button (1.) and then on the + symbol (2.).



As soon as you have clicked on the corresponding "+ symbol", an input field appears (area highlighted in yellow). Enter the desired name and then click on the Add button.


The added value will now appear in this and future acceptances that you create as a template. It can also be deleted again by clicking on the "X ".
