How do I create an acceptance in the web version?

First click on Acceptances (1.) and then on the + New Inspection button (2).


In the "Details" section, fill in at least all the mandatory information (fields marked yellow). Optionally, you can also fill in the other fields and add a contract by clicking on the + Add contract button.


In the contracts you can choose between already existing contracts (1.) or define another contract by clicking on "+ Add another contract " (2.).

Information: In the drop-down menus of the buttons Contracts, Roles, Test standards, Status and Objects handed out, you can see the templates that have been defined under the company. The company admin can adapt / change these. If you add another option in the acceptance itself, you will see it in the next acceptance and can also remove it. However, these suggestions are only visible to the person who created the option (therefore not visible company-wide). => How do I create an acceptance template?


In the next step, you can add roles in the "Participants" area. To do this, click on the + Add Role button (1.) and select an existing role (2.) or define another role by clicking on the + Add More Role button (3.).



After you have added the roles, you can add persons to the roles by entering them in the fields marked yellow. With a click on the "X " you can remove the person again if necessary.

Next, you can fill in the information in the "Result" section.

For "Result" you have the choice between No defects, Minor defects and Significant defects (1.).

For "Deadline for rectification of defects" you can choose between According to the list of defects and Date (2.).

Furthermore, you can select the desired inspection standard by clicking on the + Add Test Standard button (3.) and define the status of the acceptance by clicking on the + Add Status button (4.).



Click on one of the predefined test standards to select it. Alternatively, you can define another test standard by clicking on "+ Add another test standard ".

In the "Comments" and "Warranty" areas you have text fields (highlighted in yellow) in which you can enter texts.


In the "Objects handed out" area you have the possibility to add objects by clicking on the + Add Object button (1.). Choose between already existing objects or create a new object by clicking on "+ Add another object " (2.).


Finally, you can enter new defects in the "Defects" area by clicking on the + New defect button (1.) and/or add existing defects to the acceptance by clicking on the + Add Defect button (2.).


When you enter a new defect, fill in at least all mandatory information (fields marked yellow) in the newly opening window and then either click on the Save as draft button (1.) or on the Save and Assign button (2.).


If you want to add an already existing deficiency, you can select it by selecting the checkbox (1.). You have the option to filter/browse the deficiencies by Title, Organization and Status (yellow highlighted areas). When you have made your selection, click on the Add button (2.).


After you have filled in all areas, either save the acceptance as a draft by clicking on the Save as draft button (1.) or publish the acceptance directly by clicking on the Publish button (2.).



If you publish the acceptance directly, a message box appears. Confirm the publication by clicking the Publish button again.
