How do I delete a defect from an acceptance with draft status (app)?
As long as your acceptance is still in the "Draft" status, you can delete defects that have already been recorded from the acceptance again. Open the app, click the + button at the bottom (1.) and then select Acceptance (2.).
Navigate to the defects area (yellow highlighted area). Then you can swipe to the left on the defect you want to delete so that the Delete button appears. Then click on this button.
