How is a protocol structured?
- Protocol title and status
The current status of the protocol is displayed at the top (area marked yellow).
The status changes if one of the options Approve for review (1.) or Publish (2.) is selected when editing the protocol. Selecting the Delete button (3.) deletes a draft protocol.
You can define and edit the Details (4.) when creating. In the Distributor (5.) - subdivided into "Participants", "Excused" and "Others", the persons listed here are automatically informed about changes.

- Contents of the minutes - Items on the minutes and items on the agenda/tracts
The protocol items and agenda items/tracts are listed here, which can each contain up to four levels. The main item (e.g. 1, 2, 3...) is only a title.
