How is a protocol structured?

Protocol title and status.

The current status of the protocol is displayed at the top (area marked yellow).

If a protocol is in draft status, it can only be viewed by those persons who have write permission.

The status changes if one of the options Release for review (1.) or Publish (2.) is selected when editing the protocol. Selecting the Delete button (3.) deletes a draft protocol.

You can define and edit the Details (4.) when creating.
In the Distributor (5.) - subdivided into "Participants", "Excused" and "Others", the persons listed here are automatically informed about changes.

Contents of the minutes - Items on the minutes and items on the agenda/agenda

The protocol items and agenda items/tracts are listed here, which can each contain up to four levels. The main item (e.g. 1, 2, 3..) is only a title.

If a text, information, task or decision has been inserted at a level (e.g. 1.1., 1.2, 2.1 etc.), no further levels can be created below it, even if the last level has not yet been reached. More links on this topic can be found at the end of the article.
