Overview of the various rights

There are the rights "project administration", "organization administration", "organization project management", the right "internal administration" as well as various read and write rights relating to the project.

1. project administration

With this right you have the following options:

Change project name, organization address and project logo.
Change the internal project number and add or remove internal employees from the project.
Determine printing options and change the billing address.
Assign the right "project admin" to other persons or withdraw it.
Define the schemes according to which smino should recognise files and deactivate them.
Archive and delete projects.
Resend invitations to the project or delete them.
Edit, add, delete or reactivate organizations and persons as project participants.

2. organization administration

With this right you have the following options:

Create new projects.
Change the internal project number, add or remove internal employees from the project and set rights.
Assign the rights "organization administration" and "organization project management" and add employees to the organization.
Manage organization (edit own organization details).
Manage and purchase licences.
Delete task templates and log templates.
Add/delete acceptance templates.
Create export templates.

With this right you have the following possibilities:

4. internal administration

Internal admins can:

Change the project number.
Add existing employees to the project.

5. read and write rights to logs

To allow others to collaborate on your logs, you must assign them read or write rights.
