How can I share a file with someone external to the project?

You can make a file available for download to someone who is not listed as a participant in the project.

Click on Files in the menu (1.), open the file completely, click on the three dots in the top-right corner (2.), and then click on Share (3.).

Now use the dropdown menu to select how long the link should be valid (1.), and then click Get link to share (2.).

You can now copy the link and send it to the person you want.
