How can I subsequently assign employees a function in the project?
There are several ways to subsequently assign a function in the project to an employee.
1st option:
Note: For this action you must have the right "Organization Admin" or "Organization Project Management". => Rights and roles within the organization
Click on your name (1.) and then on projects (2.).
Click on the 3 dots (1.) at the desired project and then on Edit (2.).
A new window will open. Click the Edit button for the employee to whom you want to assign a function.
Enter the function within the project, here in the example "Project manager", in the yellow marked area. Then click on the Save button so that the function is applied.
2nd option:
Note: You must be a "Project Admin" to run this option. => What can project admins do?
Click Project Settings (1.) and then in the "Organization Settings" section click the Edit button (2.).
A new window will open. Click on the Edit button for the employee to whom you want to assign a function.
Enter the function within the project, here in the example "Project manager", in the yellow marked area. Then click on the Save button so that the function is applied.
3rd option:
Information: With this option it is possible to add the function also for employees from other organizations afterwards.
Click on Contacts (1.) and then on the Edit button (2.) for the organization in which the person is employed.
A new window will open. Click on the Edit button for the employee to whom you want to assign a function.
Enter the function within the project, here in the example "Project manager", in the yellow marked area. Then click on the Save button so that the function is applied.
