How do I create a new organisation in the project?

Note: To be able to perform this action, you need the Project Admin right. => What can project admins do?

To create a new organisation, click on Contacts (1.). Next, click on the + Add Project Participants button (2.).

A new window opens. Here you can search for the organisation in the search field (yellow marked area). If the organisation has already been entered on smino, it will be displayed and you can select it by clicking on it (1.).

Once you have selected the organisation, complete the fields "Role" and "Designation" (areas marked in yellow). Optionally, you can also add the BKP number. Then click on the "Next" button.

If the organisation has not yet been entered on smino, you can enter this organisation again. To do so, click on the button "Record organisation".

When you enter a new organisation, define whether it is a "Company" or a "Private party" (1.). In addition, fill in all mandatory fields (areas marked yellow) and then click on the "Next" button.

In the next step, add the staff members of the organisation who are involved in the project. If you click in the search field (yellow marked area), you will receive suggestions for their employees from organisations that have already been entered. You can then select them by clicking (1.). If the person has not yet been entered, click on the button "Enter contact person" (2.) to enter the person. Then click on the "Next" button.

If you are adding a new person to an organisation, fill in the mandatory fields (yellow highlighted areas) and click on "Save" at the end.

To finish adding an organisation, in the last step select the printer options (1.) and then click on "Save" (2.)

Information external collaborators: You can select persons from other organisations. This is useful, for example, if a person from another organisation or department is working in the same function in this project.

Note: Organisation admins of the organisation will also be informed that the organisation has been added to a project.
