How do I create a new organisation in the project?

Note: To be able to perform this action, you need the Project Admin right. => What can project admins do?

To create a new organisation, click on Contacts (1.). Next, click on the + Add project collaborators button (2.).

A new window will open. You can now enter the name of the organization you're looking for in the search field (the area highlighted in yellow) and then select it (1.). After that, you can continue by clicking the “Continue” button (2.).

If the organization isn't found, you can add it by clicking the Capture New Organization button.

A new window will open. Here you can enter the organization's details. Fields marked with an asterisk * (area highlighted in yellow) are required. Under “Organisational form”, you can select either Company (1.) or Private party (2.). Then click Continue (3.).

Now you can add employees by entering the person's name in the top field highlighted in yellow. You can add external employees by entering their email address in the bottom field highlighted in yellow. Finally, click the Continue button to complete the process.

Information External Employees: You can select people from other organizations. This is useful, for example, when someone from another organization or department is working on this project in the same role.

If the contact you are looking for is not on the list, you can use the Enter contact person button to create a new contact.

Note: Organization admins are also notified that the organization has been added to a project.

Next, fill in the required fields (areas highlighted in yellow) and then click Save.

As long as the participant has not yet accepted the invitation, a blue field labeled Created by admin (1.) will be displayed. As long as this field is still visible, the contact information can still be edited. Once the participant has accepted the invitation, they will manage their own contact information. To finish, click Continue (2.), and then Save (3.) to save the organization.
